A Letter to My Former Branch Manager About Honoring One's Word - Ayn Rand Letter

I recently read a letter that Ayn Rand wrote to a young girl who asked her a loan of $25, which happened in 1979.

This letter is like a letter that my former Branch Manager of The Hindu should read and understand that he is the irresponsible person that Ayn Rand writes about in her letter, a person who makes vague (in his case a false promise which he was making just to achieve his purpose with no intention of keeping it) promises, then breaks his word, blames it on circumstances (branch manger is much worse in my case), and expects other people to forget it.

An Actual Letter Ayn Rand Wrote To An Actual Teenage Girl
The Letters of Ayn Rand is a thing of beauty and a joy forever. It is a perpetual source of comfort and inspiration to me. Every morning, Ayn Rand must have thrust herself forth from her steel bed and asked herself “What is the most Ayn Rand thing that I can do today?”
